At Social Misfit, each piece is produced in limited quantities and released with intention. Please review the policy below carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all order details — including size, color, and shipping information — are reviewed carefully before completing checkout. We are not able to make changes once an order is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Social Misfit is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location.

Sizing

Sizing information is provided on each product page. Please refer to the fit notes before purchasing. Sizing-related issues are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
